Ingredients:
- Besan – 1 pao
- Khane ka soda – 1/4 tea sp
- Barhi wali hari mirchen – 6 se 8 adad
- Aalu uble hue – 1 pao
- Bhuna pisa hua zeera – 1 tea sp
- Chaat masala – 1 tea sp
- Namak – hasb-e-zarurat
- Khatai powder – 1/2 tea sp
- Oil – deep fry ke liye
Method:
Aalu ko mash kar len aur is men bhuna pisa hua zeera,khatai powder,chaat masala aur namak mila len.besan men namak aur khane ka soda mila kar pani ke sath ghol len.mirchon ko achi tarah dho kar beech se cheera laga len aur mirchon men aalu ki filling bhar len aur besan men laga kar garam oil men deep fry kar len.mazedar bhari hui mirchon ke pakorhe tayyar hen.
