Brown sugar = 6 tab sp
Dahi = 1/2 pyali
Method:
Doodh men 4 tab sp brown sugar mila kar itna pakaeyn ke adha litr doodh reh jaey.dosrey pan men 2 tab sp brown sugar ko halki aanch par garam kar ke caramel bana len aur is men doodh daal den.doodh dalne ke baad 5 mints tak halki aanch par pakaeyn aur beater se khoob phente.ab is men pani nikla hua dahi shamil kar ke 5 mints tak aur phente.ab ise matti ke bartan men daal kar dhak den aur garam toliye se cover kar den.aur raat bhar ke liye garam jagah par rakh den.
