Homemade recipe of keema karahi:
Ingredients:
- Keema hath ka kuta hua – 3 pao
- Pyaz – 2 adad chop ki hui
- Adrak lehsun ka pest – 2 tab sp
- Tamatar – 1 adad barha chop kiya hua
- Dahi – 3/4 cup
- Oil – 4 se 5 tab sp
- Karhahi gosht ka masala – 2 tab sp
- Bhuna pisa hua zeera – 1 tea sp
- Bhuna kuta hua dhanya = 1 tea sp
- Garam masala powder – 1/2 tea sp
- Namak – hasb-e-zarurat
- Laal mirch powder – 1 tea sp
- Moti hari mirchen – 6 se 8 adad
- Adrak – 1 inch ka tukrha julian kata hua
- Hara dhanya – 1/2 gadhi
Method:
