- Keema (machini) – 1/2 kilo
- Adrak lehsun pisa hua – 2 tab sp
- Pyaz chop ki hui – 1 adad barhi
- Hari mirchen barik kati hui – hasb-e-zaiqa
- Garam masala pisa hua – 1 tea sp
- Haldi pisi hui – 1/2 tea sp
- Pisi hui laal mirch – 2 tea sp
- Namak – hasb-e-zarurat
- Kuta hua dhanya – 1 tab sp
- Oil – 2 se 3 tab sp
Kachoriyon ka ata:
- Ata – 1/2 kilo
- Khane ka soda – 1/2 tea sp
- Namak – hasb-e-zaiqa
- Cooking oil – fry ke liye
Method:
Sab se pehle ate men namak aur khane ka soda mila kar achi tarah goond len.aur geele kaprhe se dhanp kar rakh den.keeme ke liye 2 se 3 tab sp oil garam kar ke is men adrak lehsun,laal mirch,haldi aur garam masala daal kar bhoon len jab masala bhun jaey to is men keema daal bhoon len jab keema adha gal jaey to is men kati hui pyaz,hari mirchen aur kuta hua dhanya daal kar mazeed bhoon len jab keema achi tarah pak kar bhun jaey to ate ke perhe bana kar is men keema bhar len jese alu ya daal ki kachorhiyan banate hen.keeme ki kachoriyan bana kar garam oil men fry kar len.mazedar keeme ki kachoriyan tayyar hen.
