- Hara dhanya – 10 se 12 dandi

Hara dhanya ki pattiyan nikal len.naryal,hare dhanye ki pattiyan,hari mirchen aur namak daal kar grinder men pees len zarurat parhe to thorha sa pani bhi daal den.mazedaar naryal ki chutney tayyar he.
