Ingredients:
- Chicken ka keema – 1/2 kg
- Dahi – 1 piyali
- Kati hui pyaz – 2 adad barhi
- Oil – 1 cup
- Pyaz chop ki hui – 2 adad
- Hari mirchen chop ki hui – 4 tab sp
- Lehsan ka pest – 4 tab sp
- Adrak – chop 4 tab sp
- Cream – 2 tab sp
- Dahi – 4 tab sp
- Corn flour – 2 tab sp
- Laal mirch powder – 1 tab sp
- Dhanya powder – 1 tab sp
- Namak – hasb-e-zarurat
- Hara dhanya hari mirchen – sajawat ke liye
Method;
Chicken ke keeme men corn flour,hari mirchen,namak,dahi,adrak aur chop ki hui pyaz shamil kar ke chopper men achi tarah chop kar len.ab is keeme ke chote chote kofte bana len.ab ek bartan men oil garam kar ke kati hui pyaz ko golden brown kar len.phir pyaz ko nikal kar choora kar len aur is men lehsan ka pest,namak,dahi,laal mirch powder aur dhanya powder shamil kar ke paka len.yahan tak ke pani khushk ho jaey aur oil alag ho jaey.ab is men 1-1/2 cup pani shamil karen aur 3 mint tak pakaen.phir is men kofte shamil kar ke 10 mint tak halki aanch par pakaen.tayyar hone par cream aur kata hua hara dhanya aur hari mirchen daal kar pesh karen.
