Karhahi men oil garam karen aur pyaz daal kar halki aanch par laal kar len.ab is men keema daal kar 5 mint tak bhoon len.laal mirch powder,kali mirch powder,safed mirch powder,namak aur adrak lehsan ka pest daal kar galne ke liye rakh den.jab keeme ka pani khushk ho jaey to 2 se 3 mint tak bhoon len.ab is men balai daal kar dam pe 5 mint ke liye rakh den.tayyar hone par opar se cream aur hara dhanya daal kar pesh karen.special malai keema tayyar he.
