Ingredients:

- Adrak lehsan pisa hua – 2 tab sp
- Garam masala powder – 1/2 tea sp
- Pisa hua dhanya – 1 tea sp
- Sabit garam masala – 1 tab sp
- Laal mirch powder – 2 tea sp
- Chane ki daal – 1/2 cup
- Ande – 10 se 12 adad
- Lehsan – 4 jawe
- Hari mirchen – 6 adad
- Hara masala kata hua – thorha sa
- Oil – fry ke liye hasb-e-zarurat
- Piyaz – 2 adad
- Namak – hasb-e-zarurat
Method:
Gosht men thorha sa sabit garam masala,chane ki daal,hari mirchen,2 cup pani,thorhi si adrak aur 4 jawe lehsan ke daal kar paka len.jab gosht gal jaey to ise barik pees len.barik peesne ke baad namak or 1 kacha anda bhi mila len.thorha hara masala bhi barik kaat kar mila len.10 se 12 adad ande sakht boil karen aur is par keema laga kar kofta tayyar karen.ab oil garam kar ke in kofton ko fry kar len.grevi ke liye.oil garam kar ke 1 pyaz brown karen aur dahi ke sath pees len.oil men adrak lehsan ka pest,laal mirch,dhanya,garam masala powder aur dahi daal kar bhoon len.jab masala bhun jaey to 1 cup kholta hua pani daalen.kofte daal kar 10 mint tak halki aanch par pakaen.pakne ke baad in kofton ko beech men se kaat kar opar se hara masala daalen.
