- Dahi – 2 cup

Method:
Paye men 2 glass pani daal kar 15 mint tak pakaen aur phir yakhni alag kar len.dahi ko pyaz ke sath blend kar len.oil garam kar ke is men baqi tamam masale aur paye daal kar achi tarah bhoone jab paye bhun jaey to blend ki hui dahi aur pyaz daal kar aur mazeed achi tarah bhoone aur jab bhun jaey to is men itna pani shamil karen ke paye achi tarah gal jaen.jab paye tayyar ho jaen to is men safed chole uble hue aur yakhni daal kar 10 mint tak halki aanch par pakaeyn aur akhir men hare masale se garnish karke naan ke sath pesh karen.
